A secure, anonymized trading hub for mid- to high-tier items. Listings are posted without seller identity attached by default. Buyers browse by item type, tier, and price range.

The Beacon logs all transactions, but anonymity is sufficient for most players' purposes. High-tier Gear changes hands here more than anywhere else in the city. Green-tier Blueprints are also available through the Exchange's standard vendor rack.
