Percy Nottingham
Percy Nottingham (a.k.a. Nottingcat)
The archivist in The Royal Society Publishing. He works in the archives to the best of his ability. The thing is, that he died decades ago, while in a form of a cat and has been unable to left the building ever since.

Incorporeal and mostly invisible. Can be seen better in the dark, if one does not posses strong skills in mediumship.
Special abilities
Can move through walls, switch off lights and move small items without touching them. Apparently also retains some of his former magical potential.

Personal history
Apparently he used to work for the Royal Society as an archivist before his death when a horse-drawn carriage run over him. So keen to his job, he stayed behind as a ghost instead of moving onward. He has been helping around the archives for many years, even though without a physical body it is sometimes a bit difficult.
