The Presari Empire
The Presari Empire was founded on the desire to work with the elemental spirits to tame a savage land. They worked hard to turn a frozen wasteland into a paradise thanks to the manipulation of the elements and the ancient relics left by the ancient ones. In time the empire would grow and take in the human refuges. These human would be given a place to call their own and in time would return the favor of the empire by bring industry through their skills as black smiths and cheap potential labor.
Structure
The Lord of Spirits rules over the empire and works alongside the imperial council to make decisions for the whole of the empire. The council is made up of key figure of the imperial army, beside noble houses of presari and humans.

To protect the empire and to aid the world in becoming balanced.
