Prototype Essence Train

The essence powered train is a prototype created in collaboration between Drezia Industries and Cardia Forges. Using a recently designed Essence generator created by Jack Cardia as the power source. This train has proven to work better than coal based trains.
Thanks to this power source and the design of the main train engine it is capable of far better speeds. It is also needs less people to run the train as it doesn't need anyone adding coal to it on the regular.
While it's not ready yet, a big test run is planned in the future.

If this train works we will be able to transport goods and people faster than ever. It will also prove the ability of the generator. Maybe even powering the whole city in the future. Though if it goes wrong it could set us back for years of redevelopment.- Jack Cardia

If everything works out full production on more trains will bein as quickly as possible. Hoping to get the first set of trains operational after a year. Preparation on upgrading the train tracks to support the faster train has already began and improvements on train ridges will begin onece the most recent trade season ends.

Power Generation

The key power source for the train is a prototype Essence generator. This allows for an essence crystal to be slotted in and power the train for miles. With easy ways to switch out the crystal. Most of the crystals are contained in special sealed cases to easily slide in and prevent exposure to the energy of the crystal.

Propulsion

Thanks to the power of the engine they were able to modify the wheels and add additional force to its movement.
