Bounty Hunter (a.k.a. The Phantom)
Kiran Cox, aka The Phantom, is a human nobleman of the Kingdom of Dragton. Kiran is the son of the Mayor of Fydale, Danial Cox. Since he was a young child, Kiran has had a keen interest in the bounty hunting trade after he assisted in the takedown of a well-known criminal. Kiran had a rough childhood as he not only had the Beauty-Born affliction but a rare mutation that caused him to have two different hair colors.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Aside from his rather attractive feminine body, Kiran keeps himself quite physically fit and in near-perfect health. He is incredibly quick and agile to the point most criminals never see him coming until it's too late. Thus why he is known as the Phantom.

Because of his condition with Beauty-Born, Kiran has a rather attractive female figure. He has fair, smooth/soft skin, zero body hair, his shoulders are slim and narrow, he has widened hips, a rather prominent butt and decently sized breasts. Also, because of his affliction and the lack of testosterone in his system, Kiran has extremely under devolped male sex organs which includes a rather small micro penis that is less than an inch long.
Special abilities
Kiran has several abilities in Enhancement Magic, including the ability to mask his approach until he has his target.

Growing up in Fydale the center of education in Dragton, Kiran was educated extremely well by the many tutors, scholars, and professors around town as well as the ones his father hired. Because of his looks, Kiran has only been taught as a girl and never as a boy.
Mental Trauma
Probably the real mental trauma Kiran has is being Beauty-Born, and though he continuously trys to deny it, he is increasingly becoming more feminine, at least physically.

Aside from guard captains he sees when turning in a target or fellow hunters that he'll meet at a Bounty Hunters information House, Kiran has very little in the way of actual contacts as many don't want anything to do with because of his rude or disrespectful attitude.
Though despite all that, Kiran does have one close friend from his youth. Lauren Dixon, a notorious pirate captain. It is this association that makes certain town guards and other bounty hunters hate Kiran even more.
Family Ties
Kiran has two sisters that are five and seven years younger and a brother two years older. Kiran's father is the current mayor for the city of Fydale and his mother died one year ago from a genetic heart defect. Kiran has zero contact with anyone in his family. In fact, the last time he saw his father, he told him to go to Hell.
Religious Views
Kiran is a non-believe. He HATES every god as well as denies the existence of the gods and actively denounces all religious worship and those who practice it.
Social Aptitude
Kiran prefers to keep to himself and not interact with anyone if he can help it. Kiran has even been known to assault anyone that considers him a girl or tries to hit on him. With his border lining criminal behavior, Kiran is dangerously close to getting a bounty placed on himself.

Kiran's voice is quite high pitch with a disrespectful tone. He even commonly swears a lot.

Being born of nobility, Kiran had a fair amount of wealth available to him. After he started turning bounties one after the other, Kiran has since added to his already vast wealth. Though since he turns in every one of his targets dead, Kiran's bounty profits are significantly lower than other hunters.
