Lord Regent of Dragonsrest (a.k.a. The Wolf)
Hakku Takahashi, a.k.a. The Wolf, is currently the Lord Regent of the City-State of Dragonsrest and one of the most respected men in the Desert. Hakku's family is also among one of the oldest and longest-ruling of all of the Nomadic Houses in Desert dating all the way back to before the Second Elven War during the Dragtonian invasion. Hakku's proudest moment was when his eldest daughter was chosen to become a Valkyrie.

For an older man, Hakku is in surprisingly good shape, he stands at a tall and somewhat intimidating height with absolutely no trouble getting around.

Personal history
Hakku was born to the long ruling family, Takahashi, on the 17th day of Junaid, 1170 of the Third Age. Even at an early age, Hakku was a special child. As his father was often too busy with matters of politics and his mother busy managing her parent’s shop, Hakku turned to swordmenship to keep himself occupied. Hakku proved so good, that by his twelfth birthday, his parent sent him to train in the Way of the Sword as to proper Nomadic custom.
For eight years, Hakku trained hard in both body and mind. Just before his graduation match, Hakku met a young traveling merchant family and fell madly in love with their daughter, Sakara. Two years later, they were married. They had their first children some twenty years later, twins – a boy and girl. Five year afterward, they had their youngest daughter.
Education
Because of his family’s high status in society, Hakku had access to all of the best tutors. He was schooled in political strategies, writing, and many other things.
Employment
Prior to becoming Lord Regent of Dragonsrest, Hakku was a minor soldier in the Seventh Samurai Battalion. This only lasted about two years, however.
