Cirta

Cirta is a small human town in the Arcadian Empire which trades mostly in expensive wine and silk fabrics. Cirta is composed primarily of humans. With many refugees often settling down in Cirta after travelling up the Beleg River. Rather than risking getting caught in Londinium, many of the artisans and farmers in Cirta have allowed refugees to work for them in exchange for shelter until they are able to move on or attain legitimate citizenship.
