Mayor Aliya Jenkins is a human noblewoman of the Kingdom of Dragton. She is the eldest daughter of the late Mayor of the City of Ceden. Ten years ago, Aliya took over as the Mayor after her father died of Decaying Disease. At an early age, Aliya discovered that she had the affliction, Beauty-Born. Since the condition has no known cure, Aliya and her parents decided that it was better to raise her as a girl to avoid any social confusion. Recently, Aliya is starting to show early signs of Decaying Disease like her father before her.
