    Chelonian Not-Saurians are sleek turtle like people. They have a strong shell, have powerful lungs, and are able to move very quickly underwater. They also are able to store a small amount of items in their shell.

  • Scelornian [75]

    Scelornian Takmani are covered in venomous spikes. They excel in taking out opponents much stronger than them by using hit-and-run tactics or just fighting defensively until the poison can take effect. Every application of their poison can steadily weaken the target, eventually crippling it completely if it hasn't died.

    Acrodonian Takmani are very difficult to spot if they don't want to be. They are capable of changing the patterns on their skin to match their background, signal to others silently, or just make themselves look very colorful. They have the ability to also move very quietly and can "stick" to any surface they climb onto.

    Features

    Flight
    • You may fly at 6 yards/second (2x Basice Move) in any direction. You cannot fly while holding something in your winged arms or if those same arms are crippled. (Flight: Winged)
    • If you fly in a straight line, after the first second of flight, you may fly up to 12 yards/second (2x Flight Speed). (Enhanced Move: Air)
    • You need at least 9 feet of wingspan (need the two hexes on either side of you free) in order to fly through an area.

    Opposible Toes
    • If you are not using your legs for walking, you may use them to manipulate items, wield weapons, etc. (Extra Arm: Temporary Disadvatage, Legless)
    • You do, however, suffer a -6 penalty when trying to manipulate objects that require fine movements like picking locks, tying/untying knots, etc. (Temporary Disadvantage: Ham-Fisted)

    Natural Weapons
    • Your hands and feet have long talons. When punching or kicking with bare hands or feet, you may change your damage to cutting or impaling damage. You need to make your choice before rolling for damage. (Claws: Talons)
    • When biting, you deal thrust-1 pi+ damage. (Teeth: Sharp Beak)

    Small in Stature
    • Engagi are smaller than most other sentients.
    • Any enemy has an additional -1 to hit an engagi.
    • When purchasing Weapons or Armor, your equipment must be resized.

    Eagle Eyed
    • Your eyes are very good at spotting small details at a distance. You may ignore up to -2 in Range Penalties when using a ranged weapon or trying to spot something. You may ignore up to -4 in Range Penalties if you take an Aim Maneuver first. This does not stack with any binoculars or telescopes. (Telescopic Vision 2)

    Engagi are bird-like beings. Their bodies are covered in feathers and their arms double as wings. Their feet are also very dexterous and can double as arms if they forgo using them for transportation, though they are not as good at delicate tasks. The engagi have long talons on their hands and feet which can do some serious damage. However, they give up some physical bulk in order to be able to fly well. They are digitigrade

    Half-engagi don't have as many feathers across their body. It may be in tufts or it may be absent on the majority of the body. All half-engagi do however have fully feathered wing/arms. They also keep the talons, but their legs are not as nimble as a full engagi. The half-engagi sacrifice flying ability for a bit more bulk so they can withstand a bit more punishment.
       
    Flight Rules
    The GM should rule that if a full Engagi wants to get somewhere high, its very easy to, and if a Half-Engagi wants to get somewhere high, they would need to have access to another place nearby that is higher, or be able to pass an IQ check..
    Full Engagi are also able to carry things in their feet. They are dexterous enough with these feet that they can wield weapons effectively (one dominant, one non-dominant), but not dexterous enough to do complicated tasks like picking locks.

    The rules below are purely for the times where people question whether or not something is possible
    • For verticle engagi flight, if there's enough room, the engagi can just swoop around to increase height and hit the level they want.

    • For half-engagi, they must either find a spot heigher than they want to be within a reasonable distance (bigger height difference gives a bigger reasonable distance) or make an IQ roll to find a thermal to gain the height they require.

    • For horizontal engagi flight, you need space to spread your wings (twice your height) but they can hover or just flap straight upwards if necessary.

    • For half engagi at the start of flying, they get air move equal to their ground move (running start, or jump from verticle surface) but can increase their move by 1 for every yard of height they willingly give (up to 10 yards per sec) (max speed is BMx4 unless towed) if you do not descend by at least 1 yard, you will automatically decelerate by 1 yard/sec that turn

    • BM (+1/yard of height you lose) (-1/turn you do not lose height) seem to be reliably able to travel 50 yards if starting 5 yards higher
