Summer Camp Pledge (:D)
I am aiming for Diamond Tier - I want to try to do all 31 prompts! - I will need to be mindful of my pacing to make sure I don't cause my wrist issues to flare up - But! I can use this as an opportunity to try and learn to balance things a little better.
Creative Goals:
What do I want to do?
Motivation:
What will keep me going even when the going gets tough?
Tieing Themes Together:
Expanse, Discover, Leadership, and Monstrous
Majority of themes revolve around tragedy of humanity, the challenge of redemption and personal growth, the scars of the past.
There is a deep sense of hope as in a Knightglow tone, such that even with very real and palpable cruelty in the world, there is always hope.
- World Setting is vast, and easily plays into the theme of expanse and discovery. There are ruins, inside and out of the world that run like veins through the reformed world of Airth. They are as common as rivers, and underground, they are as common as trees. I can use this theme to help populate species and places on my other unnamed continents.
- Discovery tied together with Monstrous can also play into the kinds of monsters there are in my world. The soul is multifacetted and fluid in expression, giving birth to many different and unique kinds of beasts that can arise from the follies of man. I want to be able to build my beasitary and freebies as part of my goals.
- Leadership is interesting. I don't have many cool world leaders I have written about, or generals, people who have lead a field. I think I have exactly one - Aldnoa Astrashiy.
3. Mini-Meta:
Codifying Inspiration
Kindness does not need to be witnessed to exist. What inspires me is deep and bright colors is a dark world - that the sun always rises, even if just on an empty field - that the moon lovingly cradles her shadow, no matter how thin and frail her arms, no matter if anyone cares or watches. What inspires me is the goodness of people who do so without reward. I am inspired by feet well travelled and calloused, but gentle with each step. - I am drawn to the small and large acts of kindness that no one sees.
My inspiration is looking for something science-fantasy, something that while it might be grim, there is a sense of hope, adventure, community, and growth.

Movies and Shows

4. Planning for Success
I am going to be using the SMART goals method to make sure that I can accomplish my goals. Check out the sidebar for the framework
I will specifically seek to respond to all 31 prompts by dedicating a measure of 2 - 3 hours everyday to writing and aiming for the 300 word minimum to keep the goal attainable. I am usually able to knock out multiple prompts at once >:3. I want to do this because I would love to do this as part of my creative life; sharing and explanding my creative self gives me immeasurable joy - so I'll need to be active on challenge-discussion as well :3. I will have EXACTLY 31 days to complete this!
Be motivated by chaos, but don't become chaos
Where will I write?
I plan on wriitng wherever it is cozy in this house, which consists of three main places - the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen (if I wrote in the bedroom, I'd just fall asleep). - This gives me ample access to windows so I can stare out longingly at the green world outside and electricity so I don't just melt into a puddle with Texas heat. I also want to challenge myself to write outside and in the kicthen - but that's if it won't actually be harmful. Heatstroke and burns are no joke. What internal or external factors will help me write?
So, aside from being motivated by Chaos as previously established, I am motivated by Food gifts to myself, sweets, breads, and the like <3. I think I can like, eat a cookie, for every prompt I do >w> - It's the simple pleasures in this life. Maybe as well, I could buy the herbs if I complete Diamond when my hands and arms are just noodles. I think a good internal factor is that I'll actually be really proud of myself the more badges I complete. Life is hectic around these parts, so the goal here should be to aim for those shinies - I mean badges, because I definitely have a Raven Brain. What else would motivate me? - Well, I really want to actually try and write a novel. I have some expereince being published for poetry, art, and short stories already, but nothing bug. Maybe I could try to do serial fiction, and then work my way toward a novel? Dunno. I want to find a way to include this in my goals. - Being able to make money off of a book I've written is the dream.Playlist of the World

If you’re building in a preexisting setting, read through your meta and your previous work, and gather together images, music, movie clips, quotations and anything else that inspires you!
Setting "SMART" Goals:
A Love Letter to Everyone
(Suggested by 101Colonel)Kindly and Gently, you inspire
Sweet spark of kindling fire
For your prose, your fascinations do I so admire
Tell me of your constellations, of the wars, and character's desires
Tell me of the realm's sweet features, the gallent heroes, the liars
Describe the hours about which you languish, how long in a task you've mired
And when you've grown weary from your pursuits
Know that I adore that mind of yours
How effortlessly you channel a muse,
And then how you passionately sail her stormy and turbulent seas in search of that rosecheeked dawn
I shall be here, ever smiling and proud
For how you carry the weight of your dreams, and sing them back to the stars
(You guys are awesome and I believe in you!!!)
We got this Guys!!!
