Halfar works with the Dwarves to create the social and cultural systems that will rule the Dwarven Nation.
In the year 58 C.T., Halfar was beginning to understand that he would soon become a god. Realizing that he would no longer be able to lead his people himself, he began setting up systems to ensure that the loss of his mortal life would not disrupt the Dwarven people. He gathered the brightest minds of the dwarves, and worked with them to create the Dwarven Clans. In the beginning, there were few: Rakkai to lead, Oggenheim to manage ceremonies, Dergus to preach religion, Kraghok for defense, and Ivlstrak to teach. Ivlstrak was the most controversial, as it separated parents from their children. Ultimately, the Dwarves aquiesced to the practice, as it was Halfar's own idea.
