The Grand Goblin Research Enlave disbands, giving birth to The Association of Goblin Research Enclaves.

As the number of Enclaves created by Tla'Harc's Far Grasp slowly grew over the years, a number of elclaves began to wonder why they needed the Grand Enclave at all. They were capable of self-funding, and know what they wanted to research. Not wanting to submit to the Grand Enclave any more, they simply... stopped.   They refused to send in fees, taxes, or results, and published everything themselves. By the time the Grand Enclave caught on, more and more smaller enclaves had joined in. It was a bloodless revolution borne of indifference. In the end, the Grand Enclave was abolished, and the research enclaves banded together loosly in what came to be known as The Association of Goblin Research Enclaves.   These Enclaves are still in charge of both governance and research of the goblins that participate in them, but they are not limited to geographic locales. Some are even somewhat nomadic.
