Clan Oggenheim

Clan Oggenheim is in charge of the traditions and ceremonies of the Dwarven people. They are one of the two most powerful clans, the other being Clan Rakkai. While Rakkai has political power, Oggenheim has cultural power. 
When each dwarf comes of age, they must undertake the trial of at least one Clan to become a member. Clan Oggenheim is the one that oversees each trial undertaken and decides whether or not the participant has succeeded. They also have the power to bar a participant from participating in that trial in the future.
