Architecture
- This building has ten floors including the lobby and the top floor
- It has two elevators that go up to every floor
- People can rent rooms from floors 2-8
- Floor 9 serves as the house floor of the owner's family
- The first floor consists of a cafe, lobby area, fitness, and consultant area
Defenses
- Security guards in front of the building 24/7
History
- Siwilai Development began as a real estate project, but later expanded to apartments as well for those who cannot afford the houses and for students to rent (Those who went to the international school in the community)
Tourism
- Some tourists rented temporary apartments when they do not want to go to five stars hotel
- The rental rate per night was 1000 baht including the bathroom, kitchen area, and sleeping area
