Gwerine

Gwerine have two different origins. Rahhtaurs gained sentience during the Enlightenment, whereas Vrakais are descended from the extinct Hrk'mun. Neither has strong associations with any Eah or Runar.
For the most part, Gwerines only breed with other Gwerines, though it is believed that possibly Weltmen and especially Andemen are the result of ancient breeding between Vrakais and humans.
Gwerines are hardy and resilient, have an exceptional sense of balance, frequently possess natural weapons such as sharp teeth and claws, and are known for their bloodrages--a state of extreme focus and fierceness made use of in combat. Due to their strong hearts, Gwerines are prone to stronger surges of emotions, and are therefore weak to conditions that target emotions, such as barbarity.
