Thulle Joysen

Thulle is the current owner of K3-36 Failen Boarding, which he took over after the previous owner, Failen Hygelac passed away a few years ago. Several years prior to Failen's passing, Thulle had started to help him out with maintenance issues due to Failen's age and Thulle's knowledge of such things having worked for a couple of different carpenters and a thatcher/tiler as an apprentice for a few years pior to and while living here and helping out old man Failen.
