Onyx

The woman known as Onyx, is of average height and build, with long black hair but very pale skin and usually well dressed. Her eyes are unusually dark and seem to give the perception of knowledge and wisdom beyond her years. She carries herself with sense of conviction and purpose that gives the impression that she is a natural leader.
Onyx is unable to speak as she is missing her tongue, due to having it cut-out by a large band of orcs that she was taken prisoner by, when she was a young girl. Rumor has it that she was esentially a slave to them until she was rescued by her current body guard, Goldreth, who is an unusually intelligent and well-spoken Ogre.
She has become fairly well known around the Channel Cities in recent years as one of the founding members and the leader of the Society of the Silver Wind spell-castes guild (that only allows members from the realm of Mentalism into their numbers).
