He is the owner of K4-4 Merchants Money Shop.
He at first meeting often seems very friendly and eager to "help out" his clients, but he can quickly become impatient and manipulative. He also tends to be very frisky with females, sometimes pushing the bounds of what is socially acceptable (note, only use this trait if the GM and all players in the session are comfortable with such).
