Kaizaku Wolthaar

Kaizaku and her husband Rous Wolthaar are the owners and operators of K4-39 Wolthaar Gloves, Hats and Leathers. She tends to deal with the customers the majority of the time, and can sometimes get a little flirty with them (while her husband has rather poor people skills). The fact that she is also of far-eastern heritage and thus appears somewhat "exotic" to those of the Channel Cities, helps with her being able to sometimes negotiate a little extra coinage from some of their customers.
