Small and secretive Burglary and Espionage guild operating out of somewhere in the northern part of Martelain. They are recognizable (when they are not trying to hide their identities) by the Grey and Brown Striped sashes they wear sometimes.
Rumor has it that they operate out of Martelain, which is rife with activty among the shadows due to the political turmoil and severely depressed economy. A few of those rumors tend to point towards somewhere in the J3 Black Swan District of Martelain.
