He is rumored to be one of the higher ranking members of the Red Hoods thieves guild that operates out of Argentum and Martelain. As such, he can frequently be found hanging out in taverns in either of these two cities, listening for information from travelers and merchants that are not from the Channel Cities area, as possible targets for the younger and quicker members of the Red Hoods to target.
