Agapanthus Restpunc

He is a common street thug, but there are rumors that he is also an information gatherer for the Red Hoods thieves guild, which would make sense since he can often be found hanging out on the streets or in the common rooms of Inns that are frequented by travelers and merchants to the Channel Cities.
He uses his sling not only as a ranged weapon when needed, but will also use it almost as if it is a club to hit people with it when it is handy, or will use any other blunt object nearby as a make-shift club as needed. He is usually wearing a patchwork of light leather armor.
