Clovius D'Erandt
The Magistrate (Judge of Peace) of Cerdes. He is an elegant middle-aged man in black robes with thin moustache. A follower of Abadar, he's dealing with many troubles in the city but has no means to solve them all with his own limited resources, and the Baron cannot stand him. That's why he called the PCs.
