Church of the Silver Flame, Lookout's Landing

The Flame came to Xabu in his dream, speaking as it always did in a chorus of harmonious voices. It burned- cold and strong, consuming and purifying with its radiant strength. It promised Xabu that one day his voice would join the chorus. But until then he would spend his time purifying and redeeming the land and its people. The Flame willed it.

History

After the Return, the wandering survivors found a small silver flame burning near the lighthouse of Lookout's Landing. Until Xabu, nobody understood the flame other than its ability to keep the Miasma at bay. As Xabu's power and faith grew, the Flame began to grow in size and brightness. The Church at Lookout's Landing grew with it.

Mythology & Lore

Born out of devout sacrifice, the Silver Flame exists to cleanse evil and corruption from the world of Ceramet, as well as to guide the people of Ceramet to a more virtuous and pure path. If someone is devout to the guidance of the Flame and leads a pure life, their soul will join the chorus of believers that have come before.
