Celestial Grove

The Celestial Grove is an intergalactic region of space abounding with alien life and vibrant cultures. For thousands of years, the people have been exploring the stars. However, many believe it is done in vein because behind every good thing is conflict, death, and collapse of nations. But the efforts are done for the benefit of society. For most of history, population was measured in millions. Now there are trillions of people who have tamed the stars and they will continue to unlock the powers of the universe.

Hard science fiction is a sub-genre of scifi that has a stringent focus on being scientifically consistent with our familiar reality. The Celestial Grove Project speculates the possible technologies and cultures of many different sapient species living in space and on habitable worlds. There are 14 sapient species - they form technological civilization. Each one is completely distinct in forms of biology, society, cultures, and the places they inhabit. All of them come into contact eventually. Albeit few not on their own. Each species develops differently so not everyone is at the same level of technology. They all want to grow, however, and so they do. They form coalitions to learn about each other and to retreive new knowledge about the workings of the universe. Together, they explore the universe and fight their oposition.
