Ocnus Parroco is one of the survivors in Cava Nox. Despite the circumstances, Ocnus keeps a positive mindset and has decided to take the whole situation as a challenges and a learning experience.
He is an expert on ARI gear and weapons, and his passion for the subject is contagious. It's hard not to get caught up in it, even if it means being subjected to his non-stop chatter (which can be hard to get him to stop anyway).

- Jari Reynolds - Ocnus quickly became good friends with Jari, though the latter can be a terrible influence.
