They it acquired after the InterNintendo War and use it strictly for top secret military use. LBF exiles prisoners of war and extreme animals that need to be removed from society to isolated planets in the zone. The worst of these planets is Earth, or planet 639-8Z as its official name. Earth is inhabited by the primitive human peoples, that take many animals as pets. Meow order prisoners of war, such as Mason are sent here. LBF also uses this zone to develop weapons and do experiments.
