Out going and friendly. Most Welexians like to take things easy. Most believe that you need to show others how the Welexian way of life is best for all. Introduce othes to "The correct" way of living. Many Welexian think that if you don't live like they do, and if you come from a less technologically advanced culture, that you must be unintelligent and dumb...Like a slow witted child,and slow witted children don't know what's best for them. That is why the Welexian government want to "re-educate" The Ambersea Tribes, and take their resources, since the tribes don't know what to do with them.

MAGIC is a tool like any other...a dangerous tool if you don't know what you are doing. Magic is neither good nor evil. Unfortunately, magic study is way to expensive for most Welexians, so any would-be wizards get books from the black market, and try to teach themselves..Which is NEVER a good idea.
