Very primitive in the eyes of the empire. The Ocrosians live in harmony with nature, and is technologically behind the rest of the Elysian Empire. They only spoke Ocrosii when the Empire arrived. The Ocrosians fear magic. Actually, everything they dont understand must be magic, and avoided or attacked. The only magic they understand is druidism, as it is a part of nature..According to The Ocrosians, that is.
The Ocrosians are superstitious and xenophobic, but not stupid. They are often underestimated.
