Not Playable in Blood & Gold.
Since Fetchlings arent humans anymore, they are not subject to the curse that re-animates Morovians after death, and they are only affected by The Whispers if they contact them directly.
Fetchlings are a mystery. It is said that their ancestors were humans from Morovia,that played around with shadow magic. Generations after generation until they werent entirely human anymore.
Today, Fetchling is seen as a bad omen in Morovia. They are sometimes mistaken for undead by superstitious towns folk.
