The Crystal Traders is a guild that operates across the majority of Casimira and it primarily exists as a way for
Crystaliers to connect with each other and the mages that need their supply. They maintain prices and fair barters for their wares and ensure that supplies make it to those who need them most.
There is one Guildmaster that oversees the Crystal Traders and receive reports from the region Trade Masters. The Guildmaster is elected from among the Trade Masters every five years and can never hold two terms in a row.
Trade Masters are assigned a region to oversee and the Crystaliers of each area report to them with their finds. They can also post jobs for different areas if a particular one is looking rich in crystals and pull Crystaliers if it seems as though too much is coming from one area.
Underneath each Trade Master is a Trader, who oversees smaller areas within a region. They are the ones who are mainly responsible for finding supply and matching it with the demand from other areas.
A host of Crystaliers and shop owners are below the Traders and are the primary way the Crystal Traders operate. At any given time, there may be up to fifty Crystaliers and ten shop owners under a Trader in their area.
The Crystal Traders have a mandate in place to provide fair resources and pay to both mages and Crystaliers. Their trade would not exist without either and they want to ensure that everyone is able to get what they need.
The Crystal Traders have many locations with secure storage to allow a steady flow of crystal supplies while avoiding the rules of each kingdom that restrict the amount of crystals in any one person's posession. By allowing each Trader to take responsibility for their own inventory, each region is able to move their supply and maintain it easily. The guilds are easily some of the wealthiest in each city and it shows in their security and how good they try to be to the people who work within the guild.
