Lowgal

Originally considered part of Higale, Lowgal is now its own principality, mostly separated from Higale by the lowlands of LaForêt. 
Lowgal is primarily composed of native swampland and everglades, with a few regions of good farmland. Lowgal and Higale are connected in the east, joined by sea across the Siouet, and also by water as the Machi river flows through LaForêt. 
Benrys Gilard, cousin of Kind Guillaume, serves as regent of Lowgal from the city of Niland.
