LaForêt
The largest freshwater lake in Carrisor is Lac Vieve at the center of LaForêt. This is a plantation world, source of most of the world’s tobacco and coffee, occupying the swamps and lowlands of eastern Higale.
LaForêt is a pre-industrial farming colony, complete with a class of indentured servants, mostly refugees from across the Siouet. The region is ruled by the young Baron DeReche in the city of LeBâton.
