Sweet Sister Scoop Cathedral

Description: The Sweet Sister Scoop Cathedral is a magnificent and awe-inspiring place of worship dedicated to Frostbelly, the God of Life. This grand cathedral, located in the heart of Caramelot, is a testament to the devotion and artistry of its builders, designed to reflect the divine sweetness and purity of Frostbelly.   Exterior:
  • Architecture: The cathedral's architecture is a blend of gothic and candy-inspired designs. The structure is made from gleaming white sugar bricks, with towering spires that resemble upside-down ice cream cones, each topped with a shimmering sugar crystal.
  • Facade: The facade is intricately decorated with reliefs and carvings of ice cream scoops, sundaes, and other frozen treats, symbolizing the abundance and sweetness of life bestowed by Frostbelly. Stained sugar-glass windows depict scenes from the mythology of Frostbelly, casting colorful light onto the streets below.
  • Entrance: The grand entrance features massive double doors made of hardened caramel, adorned with intricate patterns of swirling frosting. Above the doors is a large, circular stained sugar-glass window depicting Frostbelly, radiating a sense of peace and protection.
  Interior:
  • Layout: The interior of the cathedral is spacious and welcoming, with high vaulted ceilings that create a sense of awe and reverence. The walls are lined with rows of pews made from polished chocolate wood, providing ample seating for worshippers.
  • Altar: At the far end of the cathedral is a grand altar made of sparkling white sugar and adorned with elaborate decorations of spun sugar and frosted flowers. The centerpiece of the altar is a large statue of Frostbelly, crafted from pristine white marzipan, with outstretched arms offering blessings to all who enter.
  • Lighting: The cathedral is illuminated by chandeliers made of interwoven candy canes and sugar crystals, casting a soft, warm glow throughout the space. The stained sugar-glass windows allow natural light to filter in, creating a kaleidoscope of colors that dance across the floors and walls.
  Special Features:
  • The Fountain of Purity: Located near the entrance, this beautiful fountain is made of layered sugar tiers, with clear, sweet water flowing from the top. Worshippers can dip their hands into the fountain, symbolizing the cleansing and purifying power of Frostbelly.
  • The Gallery of Miracles: A side chamber dedicated to showcasing artifacts and relics believed to be blessed by Frostbelly. The gallery includes items such as a never-melting ice cream scoop, a bowl that always refills with fresh fruit, and other miraculous objects.
  • Choir Loft: Positioned above the main entrance, the choir loft is home to the cathedral's renowned choir. The members sing hymns and songs of praise, their voices harmonizing beautifully with the acoustics of the space, creating a heavenly sound that fills the cathedral.
  • The Eternal Cool Blue Flame: In the center of the cathedral, a large ornate brazier once held the Eternal Cool Blue Flame, shaped like an ice cream cone. This flame was a divine symbol of Frostbelly's everlasting presence and blessing. However, when the spoiling began, the flame mysteriously went out, symbolizing the dark times that had fallen upon Caramelot. The extinguished brazier now serves as a somber reminder of the need to restore balance and purity to the land.
  Ambiance:
  • Aromas: The air is filled with the subtle, sweet scent of vanilla and sugar, creating a comforting and serene atmosphere.
  • Music: Soft, melodic music often plays in the background, ranging from the harmonious choir hymns to gentle instrumental pieces that enhance the sense of peace and reverence.
