Charmer

An umbrella term for people who have a higher-than-average Charm manipulation ability, but not high enough to be a wizard. Most charmers are specialized, depending on which elements they have skill in, commonly only two.
Charmers are the major reason that technology has not advanced farther on Canera. While not widespread, they are common enough to enable quick, reliable Healing, maritime transport (Stormshifter), and smelting and refining ore.
