City of the Dead

The City of the Dead is one of the city wards of Waterdeep.
This ward is mostly a park-like cemetary, surrounded by high walls. Many of the city's dead, wealthy to poor, are buried here. By day, many people wander the grounds and picnic underneath it's beautiful trees. By night the ward is locked and guarded - not to protect the graves, but rather to protect the city from the occassional restless undead creature that could appear.
