Cambrium's Solar System
The world of Cambrium sits within a heliocentric planetary system - that is, a solar system with a singular star at the centre that the planets and other heavenly bodies revolve around. The sun, a main sequence F-type star, is known as Sùil (Suel). The light it generates is more white in colour in comparison to Earth's sun. Cambrium's moon is named Nathair (Nah-hur). Nathair's surface is crimson in colour, though it is unknown what sort of rock and mineral composition makes up the orbital satellite. It is often visible during the day, particularly during the phases of the full moon. Together, the names Sùil and Nathair translate to 'Serpent's Eye'. Most people will simply refer to them as the sun and moon.
The planet Cambrium, like Earth, sits as the third planet in the Proxima Adastreia (Prox-eema Ah-das-treya) solar system and so sits comfortably within the habitation zone. It is speculated to have around six planet-like bodies in the Proxima Adastreia solar system and two asteroid belts. A full day, much like on Earth, is 24 hours, and the time it takes to revolve around its sun is the same as an Earth year.
However, where stars are usually made from hydrogen and helium Sùil is instead composed of pure, condensed wild magic. It acts in the exact same way that ordinary stars do, however its composition is magical instead. Due to this, when the solar eclipse occurs every century or so, the crossing paths of the sun and moon influences the magic on Cambrium. The event is known as the Occultation. This information is mostly only known to Astrologist Wizards and powerful political individuals.

This magic is condensed enough to create a solid core necessary for the planet to form around it.
