Leonil Forest

The Leonil Forest is a forest, located at the intersection of The Free State of Frestrem and Riedlan, at the edge of the Lake of Idrisil.
From the end of the Cobalt-Stream , it stretches east, halfway to Feltoorn and in general, it encompasses Wapenport by 100km in every direction.
The entire forest itself is veiled in an aura of mystic, as there are many myths of the magical properties of the forest or of the creatures that reside within. These intrigues are especially centered around the south-eastern part of the forest, defined by the common trade route from Feltoorn , through Wapenport to Stromholdt, that cuts through the forest and separates that part of the forest. While legends talk about a pond that may be located there, so far no one has mapped out that part of the forest. And while many have set out to change that, so far no one followed through with that plan.
