Order Nautilus

“When I look down into the abyss, Down into the merciless blackness, Colder and deeper than Hades itself, There I see the Kraken rising, and it is there that I must go.”

The Order Nautilus is a monster hunting order which specializes in killing aquatic monsters, or really any monster which prefers to exist in water. Many of the hunters of this order train in weapons that can be used underwater, or that can hit a target in the water from land or a ship. These hunters also tend to carry potions or have magics which allow them to breath and see underwater as well, so as to root them out of their underwater lairs. Finally, they are also swamp specialists, and will be called in to deal with creatures who live in the mud and the muck.
The Order Nautilus headquarters is in the port city of Ortysia, on the coast of the Perassic Sea.
The only monster known to have forever resisted the Order Nautilus is "The Leviathan". It is not known if it is a single creature, or a species of deep-sea carnivore. All that is known is that they can swallow ships whole, and target anything that gets too far off the shore of the continent. **note** these are seperate from krakens. Krakens are like the small children of the leviathan. the Order Nautilus actually has purpose-trained kraken killing teams, as the beasts occasionally migrate to inland seas from the Leviathan's Sea.
