Gölgen
Seraph Gölgen (a.k.a. the Harrowing)
Whereas Seraph Ležimir was the Queen’s cunning blade, Seraph Nelrinthra was her general, and Seraphs Elszan and Ver were her warriors (in their own ways), Gölgen was her stalker in the night, her tracker and punisher. Often Gölgen and Ležimir worked together, Gölgen finding difficult targets that Ležimir eliminated, but it is well known that they had differing methods. While Ležimir preferred swift - often painless - kills, Gölgen drew out the anguish his Queen's enemies and betrayers felt before he ended their lives.

Dread Crypt
The Chapter of Dread Knights keep the most punishing prison in Trandrafia, under the authority of both House Skavis and the Claret Covenant. This prison is reserved for the most vile and dangerous enemies of the Queen and criminals of Her lands. It is said that the prison is a punishment in more than just its confinement, but that the darkness that inhabits it is the will of the Gölgen ensuring that those imprisoned suffer rightly for their crimes. The Dread Knights are made up primarily of knights and bounty hunters dedicated to hunting down fugitives, apostates, and enemies of the Red Queen. They have been used extensively to hunt down the vileblood scourge that began in the lands of Draebia.Depictions
Gölgen is not depicted often, nor publicly, as it is said that the sight of even a depiction of Gölgen may cause distress. He is more commonly represented by a drake, said to be his other half: Iskavriphaeris. The rare depiction of the seraph himself is often held by the Covenant and is recognized as a hooded figure with horns. Gölgen is like a scary imaginary friend who you think up to scare off the other monsters personified. His likeness and the likeness of Iskavriphaeris is set out in dark rooms or at night and put away in the light of day.History
While the serpents of death and blood were not difficult to find, the final in their number was the most insidious. Gölgen was tasked with hunting down the hidden serpent of grief, a task that took him deep beneath the lands, into the shadows of the underdark. When he emerged, he and his drake companion were forever changed by the darkness, and his service earned him a place at the Red Queen's side.Relationships
