Aardvark

Overview

The aardvark (or “earth pig”) is not native to the Western Provinces but not unknown to Calmarendians for they are, from time to time, spotted by travellers to the Southern Continent. Not being considered cute, edible or dangerous, humans take little interest in them other than as convenient placeholders at the top of lists of things.
