Localized Frequency Disruptor

A Localized Frequency Disruptor (LFD) is a single-use, specialized device that blacks out all electrical systems and devices, within several square blocks of the location at which it is used, for a period of no more than thirty seconds.
Once the period of the LFD's effect has ended, no permanent damage or traceable impact will have been made on any affected systems or devices.
Use of an LFD provided the cover of darkness under which August Laine infiltrated Masters Warehouse, ultimately allowing the building's destruction.
