Neosthenis Éollan
The Neosthenis Éollan is the ancient precursor language to the modern Common and it is not spoken in this form any longer and has not been for centuries. Still, there are a lot of academic as well as religious texts written in the Neosthenis script and most people of a scholarly occupation are able to read it.
The Neosthenis Éollan is comparable to our Ancient Greek, which is a language still taught at modern universities and is a requisite to study a varied range of subjects.
