Jevemtek Bebarval
Jevemtek Bevarval is a middle-aged gnome wizard and close advisor to King Aerric Ealdeheart. He has served the Irimondian crown under Aerric’s father Gwylym and was instrumental in repelling the invading hordes at the Battle of King’s Mountain. For a gnome he is exceptionally reserved. An impression which is amplified by his military demeanor. His attire more resembles an admiral’s uniform than loose wizard’s robes, even though Jevemtek holds no such militaristic position. An eye patch over his right eye also gives him a grim look. However, Jevemtek is not unfriendly. He just takes his job very seriously. It is said that his weak point though is the Princess Ysella. When she was just a toddler Jevemtek could often be found playing with her in the palace gardens or her father’s study. He would be conjuring colourful illusions of tiny animals, making the inquisitive girl cry out with glee. A look of pure joy would light up Jevemtek’s usually stern face whenever he spent time with her. Now that the princess has turned into a bright and beautiful young woman Jevemtek is almost as proud of her as her father is.
In council meetings with King Aerric he often sends Ysella a wink, whenever the princess is present.
