Description: The entry in question appears to be a rip in the fabric of space itself, As it is perceived to warp the whatever is around it at the time. Usually appearing in a deep dark grey and shifting towards a dark abyssal black towards the center where it then appears to just be an endless space of nothingness as if staring at a blank night sky. Vigilants have spotted many of these portals out in the wild as of late and made some notable observations:

Usually appearing in a deep dark grey and shifting towards a dark abyssal black towards the center where it then appears to just be an endless space of nothingness as if staring at a blank night sky. Vigilants have spotted many of these portals out in the wild as of late and made some notable observations:
- E-05 appears to be more commonly found within high concentration of anomalous energy, The very same found in Karcosa.
- E-05 has been observed to allow the entry of void creatures into our world which would be labeled as E-05b.
- E-05 can only be entered through W-01d, and does not allow two-way transportation.

Kralnor Staffpride Observation Incident #V-05-01 [███████ ████████, Stronghold ███████] Sentinel █████: Testing has begun Orc, Perform the ritual as we observe. Kralnor: As you command, Sentinel. ##The Warlock is convinced that peforming this void ritual will allow him into our ranks ## A minute goes by while the Warlock chants in an incomprehensible language and manifests E-05 Sentinel █████: Is the ritual complete? Kralnor: It is, to do with as you please. Sentinel █████: Good, Vigilants. Vigilant █████: My Lord Vigilant ██████: My Lord Sentinel █████: Your mission is to go through the portal and bring back your observations for our scribes, You are to stay for 5 minutes; no more, no less. Is that understood? We'll not risk an incursion on this stronghold. ## It is to be noted that a few more words of conversation were to be scribed but the image of Vigilant ██████ being burnt to a pile of ash as he touched the portal was too hefty a distraction. Vigilant █████: Am I to..? Sentinel █████: No █████... We'll need to reassess. ## Warlock Kralnor Staffpride will be contained as a prisoner within Stronghold ███████ for use of void magic and has been designated label E-05a.

The containment and banishing of these entities must be a forefront concern as even though none so far have been observed; The E-05b that emerges may be of Titan class and therefore should be treated as such itself. Research into this has been assigned to the ██████ Corps.Abbendum 05001.2
Mass traces of E-05 were found in Steelwater forest and various hotspots were recorded by a group before and after they manifest. 03.01.2024, 0500: Locals from the nearby town of Steelbrook tell tale of seeing flashes of light just before dawn but have always thought it to be from the wisp trees that scatter the landscape which house seeds that glow bright blue when reaching maturity.
