Wharfseport (War-fs-port)

An average sized coastal town on the southern coastline of the Undying South, close to the land border with the Southern Union, Wharfseport is a regular stopping off point for shops travelling across the Bay of Merrich between Hestoria and Sud-Hestoria.
As a port town, Wharfseport produces little of its own goods, and relies heavily on imports from other settlements in the Undying South and beyond. Seafood is the singular exception to this, and Wharfseport produces large amounts of molluscs. The local delicacy of Fire-Mussels are beloved by sailors who frequent the port for their strong, spicy, flavour and large size.
There are few true landmarks in Wharfseport. Like every settlement in the Undying South it has an Ancestor Barracks, but other than that the town is unremarkable except for the high number of Inns, known locally as Cafés, that service the visiting sailors.
