The Hollow Caravan is a collection of merchants and traders that operate within Caerwyn, moving items by cart, boat, and airship around the continent.
They run the Wayfarer's Stations around the continent, providing safe lodging and provisions for travellers on the main roads of Caerwyn.

Structure

The Hollow Caravan is organized as a direct democracy, with members of the caravan deciding how the organization operates. Hollow Folk meet once a year to vote on bylaws, discuss trade route changes and connect with other traders.
