Richard's Rebellion

The Conflict

Prelude

When King Vaegar's son and heir, Tylvaer Vetyris was accused of kidnapping Rod Ziemniak's sister, the to-be-betrothed of Richard Anglohr. Old Wodz Veles, Richard's brother and father, all went to Storm Haven to demand Tylvaer's death. King Vaegar took this as a plot to kill the crown's heir. He invited the three into his keep, and help a "trial", where he executed all three. King Vaegar then called for Richard's and Rod Ziemniak's heads, as they were the heirs of there families. This started the rebellion.

Deployment

On the side of the rebels, the entire North joined together. House Anglohr led House Hjalmar, House Volkov, House Altberg, and House Ziemniak followed but was independent as an ally. The Muir Droman decided to join the rebellion, even though they're technically independent.   On the side of the Crown, there was House Vetyris, and under them was House Temer, and House GrĂmar.

Battlefield

The Rebellion had roughly 133,750 soldiers, against the Crown's 303,800. Nearly a 3-to-1 rebellion, Richard only won by margins.

Outcome

Richard of House Anglohr is crowned King. House Vetyris is nearly destroyed.

Aftermath

A few members of House Vetyris retreat back to their ancestral homeland of Ara Pyra.
