Spring Bloom Court

Overview

Queen Lyris is one of the most revered and feared archfey figures in Tarnith’s mythos. Ruler of the Spring Bloom Court, she represents the dual nature of growth—beauty and danger intertwined. Her realm is one of eternal dawn, budding flowers, and hidden blades.   It was Lyris who answered King Branoc’s plea during the War of Otherworlds, striking the Pact of the Fey-King and granting Tarnith the Emerald Sigil. Her reasons remain layered—some say benevolent, others suspecting deeper schemes.

Personality & Depiction

Lyris is often described as simultaneously nurturing and merciless. She appears as a tall, luminous woman garbed in rose-petal robes, with hair that flows like ivy and blossoms. Her laughter is intoxicating; her wrath, withering.

Beliefs and Motives

Though she honors the pact, Lyris plays the long game. She nurtures beauty in all forms, but always with the understanding that life is a cycle—growth must feed upon something, and all must return to root and soil.
