Cult of the Shapeless

The cult of the Shapeless are the priesthood and followers of the nightmareish creatures from The Place Between. Not a true plain of existance but something snuggled between the lines. The cult worship the great lords and ladies of the Court of Nightmares of this other realm and in so doing hope for a kind of sponsorship to potentially be elevated to this elite group of beings and join the Flesh Masquerade.
The pinacle of this material plain cult is called The Mask, this entity is also their 'god' at the center of the Flesh Masquerade. Below him is the Court of Terrors which are the most powerful members of this society. Each Terror have a Court of Dreams and each Dreamer has a Court of Phobias. All of which reside in the Plain Between.
On the Material Plain the most powerful priests of thsi Cult are called Marrows who direct the Priesthood of Bones. The Priests of Bone are also known to the lowest members of the Cult as Sinews. Each Sinew is in control of a flock of worshipers which are termed The Flesh. In this way the hierarchy of the Cult of the Shapeless are able to take orders from those above and direct them down to their subordinates in a ever expanding web of contacts and followers which span the whole world of Caedis.
The tenants of the cult change depending on how high up you are in the orginization. In the Courts you're supposed to become as unknowable and mysterious as possible while growing your followers numbers as best as you can. While on the material plane your goals are to survive above all other things. Sacrificing anything and everything so long as you are still standing by the end of it.
